Joseph Verdirame
BioJoseph serves as the Managing Partner & Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Homecare. Over the past decade, Joseph successfully built and led the company’s finance, accounting, operations, recruiting and human resource departments. During that time, Joseph’s responsibilities included analyzing, structuring, and implementing all financial and operational systems, policies, procedures, and protocols; overseeing and managing the company’s financial performance; supporting and driving rapid revenue growth; and spearheading all phases of expansion.
Prior to his role at Alliance Homecare, Joseph specialized in the acquisition, management, and turn-around of businesses in the online, entertainment, retail, real estate, and wholesale distribution sectors. Joseph successfully identified lucrative business opportunities, acquired distressed assets, and restructured them for profitable outcomes. Additionally, Joseph provided strategic consulting services to companies of varying sizes, ranging from promising startups to established private corporations.
Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Joseph spent seven years as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Joseph worked both domestically and internationally with various product and industry groups, including Acquisition Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Syndicated Finance, Media & Telecom, and Healthcare.
Joseph holds a B.B.A. degree with a concentration in Finance from Emory University, where he not only excelled academically but also showcased his leadership abilities as President of the Goizueta Business School. His educational foundation, combined with his diverse experiences and accomplishments, has shaped him into a visionary CEO capable of driving organizational success.Cara Bobish, RN, BSN
BioCara serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Alliance Homecare and brings over 13 years of experience in healthcare operations. Cara has held senior level leadership roles in various healthcare segments – mostly managing large revenue generating portfolios which include skilled nursing, assisted living, and hospice. Cara prides herself in leading large teams while cultivating and nurturing positive team cultures.
Prior to joining Alliance Homecare, Cara functioned as the Vice President of Operations at a private duty homecare agency based in New York overseeing the daily operations of their three care centers while also focusing on growth strategy and internal process improvement initiatives. Prior to entering the private pay homecare space, Cara worked as the Area Vice President of Operations for a national, publicly traded home healthcare company where she was responsible for leading the company through post-merger integration and long term strategic and operational improvements during the company’s largest M&A while ensuring continued growth through robust due diligence and continuously improving portfolio management.
Cara started her career in healthcare in a sales role as a nurse liaison and, despite being in operations for the majority of her career, she has a love for sales and the sales process..
After graduating college in 2003 with a B.S. in Rehabilitative Sciences, Cara made the decision to continue her education as she pursued a second degree in nursing through an accelerated BSN program obtained from Robert Morris University.Amy Romero
BioAmy serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Alliance Homecare and is a seasoned marketer with over 20 years of experience across tech, healthcare, finance, and media. She has managed thousands of campaigns, using data-driven insights to drive growth, improve retention, and optimize performance. She is an Executive Member of Boston College’s Women’s Council and She Runs It. A mother of two children, Joaquin and Grace, a soccer coach, published writer, and wannabe stand-up comedian, Amy brings energy and creativity to everything she does.
Amy’s role here at Alliance Homecare is to grow the online and offline brand equity, launch and promote new services, expand us into new markets, generate quality leads for both brands, and to launch and grow our RN Ambassador Program. Amy will be leveraging AI and automation to ensure efficiencies and to educate our prospects and clients, keeping us top of mind.Kaci Scheuler
BioKaci serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Alliance Homecare. Kaci is a dynamic and passionate executive with a proven track record of leading high-performing, collaborative sales organizations. She brings unparalleled purpose and energy to mission-driven organizations in the luxury and high-end services space, including travel, education, and healthcare.
Prior to joining Alliance Homecare and TrustHouse as Chief Revenue Officer, Kaci served as Global Head of Sales for Summer Discovery, the leading provider of pre-college enrichment programs in the United States and UK. In this role, she was responsible for multi-brand B2B and B2C growth strategies, leading a global team of inside sales, field sales, and business development professionals.
During her early career, Kaci spent seven years living and working overseas, including serving as General Manager of Destination Asia in China, and spent five years as Director of Sales and Marketing for Tauck, a luxury tour operator.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Kaci earned her undergraduate degrees in German and Mandarin Chinese from Vanderbilt University. Upon graduation, she pursued a Fulbright scholarship in Germany for academic research in the field of modern history. Kaci completed an MBA at Duke University in 2018 specializing in Business Strategy. She now calls Connecticut home, where she is loves to play tennis, cook, and spend time with her husband and daughter Sylvia.
