    Joseph Verdirame
    Bio

    Joseph serves as the Managing Partner & Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Homecare. Over the past decade, Joseph successfully built and led the company’s finance, accounting, operations, recruiting and human resource departments.  During that time, Joseph’s responsibilities included analyzing, structuring, and implementing all financial and operational systems, policies, procedures, and protocols; overseeing and managing the company’s financial performance; supporting and driving rapid revenue growth; and spearheading all phases of expansion.

    Prior to his role at Alliance Homecare, Joseph specialized in the acquisition, management, and turn-around of businesses in the online, entertainment, retail, real estate, and wholesale distribution sectors. Joseph successfully identified lucrative business opportunities, acquired distressed assets, and restructured them for profitable outcomes. Additionally, Joseph provided strategic consulting services to companies of varying sizes, ranging from promising startups to established private corporations.

    Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Joseph spent seven years as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Joseph worked both domestically and internationally with various product and industry groups, including Acquisition Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Syndicated Finance, Media & Telecom, and Healthcare.

    Joseph holds a B.B.A. degree with a concentration in Finance from Emory University, where he not only excelled academically but also showcased his leadership abilities as President of the Goizueta Business School. His educational foundation, combined with his diverse experiences and accomplishments, has shaped him into a visionary CEO capable of driving organizational success.

  • Cara Bobish

    Vice President of Operations
    Bio

    Cara serves as the Vice President of Operations at Alliance Homecare and brings over 13 years of experience in healthcare operations. Cara has held senior level leadership roles in various healthcare segments – mostly managing large revenue generating portfolios which include skilled nursing, assisted living, and hospice. Cara prides herself in leading large teams while cultivating and nurturing positive team cultures.
     
    Prior to joining Alliance Homecare, Cara functioned as the Vice President of Operations at a private duty homecare agency based in New York overseeing the daily operations of their three care centers while also focusing on growth strategy and internal process improvement initiatives. Prior to entering the private pay homecare space, Cara worked as the Area Vice President of Operations for a national, publicly traded home healthcare company where she was responsible for leading the company through post-merger integration and long term strategic and operational improvements during the company’s largest M&A while ensuring continued growth through robust due diligence and continuously improving portfolio management.
     
    Cara started her career in healthcare in a sales role as a nurse liaison and, despite being in operations for the majority of her career, she has a love for sales and the sales process..
     
    After graduating college in 2003 with a B.S. in Rehabilitative Sciences, Cara made the decision to continue her education as she pursued a second degree in nursing through an accelerated BSN program obtained from Robert Morris University.
