Recruiting Strategy

Allowing a stranger into your home to care for your loved one can be daunting. That is why at Alliance Homecare, our recruiting and hiring process is extremely rigorous. We aim to hire the top 20% of caregivers in the industry. All of our caregivers are required to pass an online assessment tool before they are invited in for an interview. After three rounds of extensive interviews, all candidates meet 1:1 with our CEO for final approval.
