Alliance Homecare caregivers are available to accompany a client on a trip or vacation, as long as prior arrangements are made with our office. Our Registered Nurses or Home Health Aides offer support services to your family by accompanying our clients to take care of medication management, wound care, or ambulatory exercises. We ensure that the Plan of Care is monitored, even while away from home.
For as little as a few hours per week, or as much as 24/7, having a Registered Nurse on a trip can allow your family to attend to business duties or take time off, while on vacation. The caregiver or companion can either stay with your loved one while the family goes off for an activity, or can remain with the client to assist during the activity.
Additionally, we can provide respite care in your home if the primary caregiver needs to go out of town. Our Home Health Aides can assist with activities of daily living, give medication reminders, and maintain a high level of care while the family is away.
