Once you submit a request for an assessment, someone from our team will reach out within 24 hours to start gathering the information we need and schedule a time to talk. We take your privacy seriously. Everything shared during the process is kept strictly confidential and fully HIPAA-compliant.
Once we understand your needs and goals, we step in as your advocate. We’ll reach out to your insurance company on your behalf and carefully review your policy to make sure you’re getting the full benefits you or your loved one deserve. Our goal is to take that burden off your plate. Depending on how quickly your insurance responds, the process usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Once your policy coverage is verified, we’ll reach out to schedule a call so we can walk through everything together and answer any questions you may have.
