LTC Insurance – How Alliance Can Help

Regardless of when you purchased your policy, understanding what is included in your coverage is critical to ensuring the proper care is available to you or your loved one. Alliance Homecare is pleased to offer a free LTCI Policy assessment to all policy holders to verify benefits and help plan for future care needs.

Depending on how responsive your insurance carrier is, the entire process typically takes between 3 to 5 business days. After an initial call with the policy holder or representative, our team will contact the insurance company on your behalf and ensure we have a full understanding of the coverage you or your loved one is entitled to. Once we have verified the benefits, we will contact you to set up a call to review your coverage and answer any questions you may have.

Should you choose Alliance Homecare as your home care provider, our LTCI benefit specialists provide complimentary support for all policy holders:

  • Opening your insurance claim
  • Submitting care notes directly to the insurance company for verification
  • Advocating for you in the event of a dispute
